Permoid Industries Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary ofKadmous Holdings (UK) Ltd., operating autonomously.

Permoid Industries Limited was incorporated in Great Britain on March 1st, 1985 for the purpose of taking over the assets of Permoid Limited. The business was transferred by a sale agreement in April 1985, and the business, which had been in existence since 1942, was maintained at Newton Aycliffe.

The Company is based on a 6.5 acre freehold site on the Aycliffe Industrial Estate in Co. Durham. Manufacturing takes place within two separate factory units of 40,000 sq. ft. Planning permission granted to build a further unit of 60,000 sq. Ft and an extension to an existing building of 20,000 sq.Ft.

In addition to the Newton Aycliffe site we also operate two further divisions, Curl Moducons based at Washington Tyne & Wear covering 40,000 sq. Ft. The operation supplies a range of fabricated parts into the yellow goods industry.

The third division is Warwick & Bailey Engineering based in Blackburn Lancashire, this division operates out of an 86,000 sq. Ft factory. This market sector that is served by Warwick & Bailey included automotive (Commercial Vehicles) and the yellow goods sector.

All three divisions are now managed and operated centrally out of Newton Aycliffe as this is the head office for the group.
